Terms and Conditions
Contracts are aimed at guests who book and pay in the UK
1. These terms and conditions will come into effect when we accept your booking and deposit payment. By booking with us you are deemed to have accepted these conditions.
2. Provisional booking reservations may be made by telephone, but in all cases must be confirmed within 14 days by sending Finca Supported Holidays Ltd a fully
completed booking form and deposit of £250 per person.
3. Full payment of the balance of the holiday cost is due 60 days prior to the commencement date of the holiday. Deposits and balances are not normally refundable but please see item 4 below.
4. It is strongly recommended that you obtain cancellation insurance to protect your deposit and balance payments in the event of illness etc.
5. Travel insurance is compulsory on all holidays. A copy of your insurance must be sent to Finca Supported Holidays Ltd 28 days before the commencement date of the holiday.
6. Meeting Points. You will be met at your departure airport in the UK, times and dates will be mailed to you 60 days before departure.
7. Your holiday package does not include personal spending money, snacks, drinks, phone calls (off site) medical expenses or holiday/cancellation insurance.
8. Your holiday package includes all meals, shared accommodation (maximum two sharing), support/ supervision, air fares from and to UK, travel and escorts for all excursions in Spain.
9. We operate a support and advice line for guests, families, enablers, 24 hours a day to ensure everyone keeps in touch/check out progress whilst guests are on holiday. The telephone numbers are 966638640/mobile: 629723116. (If calling from the UK the code is 0034).
10. Any damage caused by guests while on holiday will be deemed their responsibility and not that of Finca Supported Holidays Ltd.
11. We ask guests to limit their luggage to one soft holdall/suitcase and only personal documents carried as hand luggage.
12. Although smoking is not allowed within any vehicle or accommodation, adequate provision is made for those who choose to smoke. Health & Safety checks are carried out on a weekly basis, Risk Assessments are reviewed annually or when a new risk has been identified, policies and procedures are reviewed annually.
13. We recommend that guests deposit the majority of their spending money with support staff for security reasons. This is a matter of choice for all guests.
14. Guests who require incontinence aids are requested to bring these items with them.
15. All medication must be provided in dosette boxes or blister packs (unless liquid). Marrs sheets are to be included. (We are fully trained in MDS system of assisting guests with their oral medication).
16. In the unlikely event of your holiday being cancelled by Finca we will always endeavour to offer an acceptable alternative. If we are not able to do this, or an alternative is not acceptable to the guest, all monies paid will be refunded in full.
17. Any guest who engages in disruptive, abusive or violent behaviour may be asked to leave the holiday.
18. We accept responsibility for those arrangements of your holiday, which are within our control. However we cannot accept liability for any injury, loss or damage suffered that is beyond the control of Finca Supported Holidays Ltd.
19. We do appreciate that at times guests may experience some difficulties which may be out of their control and for this reason we have introduced a “thinking period” to ensure that all the information contained within this web site has been fully understood with regards to booking a Finca Supported Holiday. Guests therefore have 14 days after deposits have been received by Finca to cancel their holiday and receive a full refund.
20. All paperwork used throughout the holiday i.e. Risk assessments, health and safety records, financial record sheets, daily event sheets are completed to British Standards.
Privacy Policy: All personal details collected by Finca Supported Holidays Ltd will not be shared with any other organisation unless written consent is obtained from the guest to share information regarding their holiday experience with relevant others ie: care providers / family / Social Services Dept. |
