Our beautifully restored finca is situated in the much sought after area of Perleta, which is a small hamlet of Elche. The Villa is set just outside the village and backs onto protected rural land.

Approximately 20 minutes from the airport, and the beaches of Gran Alacant, Santa Pola, and 25 minutes to Alicante city centre.

The property is situated on a large plot of around 2,400 sq metres and our 270 sq metre home consists of:

During your stay you will have the opportunity to take part in the many activities and trips that we are able to arrange to suit your exact requirements, these include:

Swimming and water polo in our own outdoor pool
Tennis and football on our tennis court
Safari's and country walks into the local countryside
You can visit theme parks and water parks for an extra cost.
Trips to local towns such as Alicante, Benidorm, Elche, St. Pola and Calpe where you can take in the culture, fiestas, bars, cabaret, nightlife, shows and markets
